The prob is, half hour silang kumakatok ng napakalakas, eh tulog pa baby ko, so hindi na ako nakatiis and bumaba na ako, para matapos na.

nakakainis. ipinagtatanggol ko ang mga pinoy sa mga chinese, and i am a chinese, tapos ganun ganun lang.

hindi raw kc ganyan sa china kahit may fiesta, kahit mahirap ang buhay

haha..naku tradition kasi..pero ang panget eh ginagawang reason yun para kumita ng pero…katulad din ng pasko…kaya mas maraming anak..mas maraming pamasko..haha…tip ko lang…sarado niyo pinto niyo..kunyari walang tao..haha

@lemuel that’s a nice tip. but in our case, how would we not give money, those people were asking for “money”, and we’re new in the neighborhood. i don’t know, next year, there would be fiesta again! and oh noooooooo may is fiesta again!

when people start asking for donations, we usually avoid giving money. we instead give food,like cookies, pastries, biscuits, native delicacies, etc. this will refrain them from asking for money and will tell their friends not to ask for donations from us except if they are hungry… hehehe

That kind of donation thing does not happen to the city. Maybe that’s something isolated in Manila- considering a lot of crimes had been going on in that area.

A P100 donation is too much. I would rather give it to an organization that I really know too well, not just anyone on the street.

@Angelita That’s a nice one. I really don’t know how to handle such thing. So, they thought all Chinese are rich.

I’m just wondering. Why don’t they knock on our millionaire Pinoy neighbor? Is is because he’s a Pinoy, or they are afraid of that family. I wonder….

You’ve expressed your opinions bluntly but I’m not them and I don’t have a thick face. My advice to you: Next time you give donations, asked for a receipt. If the thick face came back, slap it on their face. Peace.
